Red Lion is a great place to spend an evening, from the three bars (one when you walk in one at the top of the stairs and the last one in the back which is covered but allows the great California weather flow through). Get here early as this place gets packed; as parking can be a challenge (try the bank parking lot down the street after hours of course). The food is tremendous and the beer selection is excellent, if your waitress does not come by as often as you would like just belly up to the bar and order another round. Great place to enjoy with friends and that special someone.

Red Lion serves enormous portions at really great prices. The food is authentic and very tasty, and the beer is very reasonably priced. Try the potato pancakes (the portion is big enough to feed 4 people) or any of the sausages. The place is packed on the weekend so you might not get the best seat or server. But hey, that's fine. The food is definitely worth the annoyance of sitting directly in front of the door or having a server with too much other stuff to do.
