Relatively new to the block, Town and Country never broke into the inner circle. While Eat Well, Casbah and Millie's hoarded the crowd, Town and Country became the overflow room for the impatient. Those who succumbed were rewarded with fair-weather dishes such as the chicken sandwich or the peanut butter soup, and then left to brood over the cool kids across the street.
