I had lunch at Brats Brothers yesterday, and what a great experience it was.
I never knew there exsists so many types of sausages?!! They offer a variety of 16 different kinds of gourmet brats like ( pork, veal, chicken, turkey, lamb, venison, ostrich, buffalo), which i was told are handmade by a couple of local butchers. The taste was incredible. The concept is very simple. You can choose from " Brat& Bun" @ $5.50 which gets you the sausage in a delicious roll with 4 different mustards and 3 homemade ketchups. The other option is the meal, @ $8.50 were you have the choice of 2 of their 6 side dishes like Grandma's sauerkraut, roasted potatoes, red cabbage salad, creamy potato salad and beef chili.
I had the New Zealander (Lamb) with the sauerkraut ( which i nver tried anything like it) and the red cabbage salad. I wish they would have a beer license to go with the brats.
I can deffinetly recomend this place to anyone who appreciates sausages and not just hot dogs.
