So this is where the madness began. Hours in line, pissed-off neighbors and tens of thousands of dollars in revenue for the West Hollywood parking division—a venerable publication didn't crown it "the taste that launched a 1000 parking tickets" for nothing—all for a swirl of this tart Korean import. Though offshoots (and impostors) have been multiplying like jackrabbits around town, this original spot still gets busy enough to keep a security guard who monitors delinquent parking and littering.
