Aside from arguably being LA’s best Italian restaurant, La Terza also has one of the warmest managers and staff. On Tuesdays and Fridays the point is driven home with a special antipasto buffet in the dining room, set up for people can try the specialties Gino Angelini loves, especially those from Emilia-Romagna. Diners can try vegetables done different ways, salumi, cheese with traditional Italian accompaniments, and fish.
