It was my first time here. It gave me the impression of a Uno Chicago Grill, but after I arrived and ate, it was far from it.
Aside from that, I had a certificate from restaurant.com. The fine prints on the certificate states 18% gratuity can be added on the total bill. Although they do usually get tip that much or more, it’s a rarity that restaurants on restaurant.com helps themselves to it. Personally, I think it’s rude and tactful to demand a tip -- let alone X amount of tips. Other bigger, better and more known restaurants on there don’t even have the audacity to do so. I’m a business owner myself, and I make it clear that my employees do not do that. But not only did she help herself to it, she tipped herself more – about 22%. In addition to that, she taxed me the tip that she charged me.
Restaurant.com is a place that helps promote restaurants. They help drive customers in and it is up to the restaurant to rip them off and make sure they do not come back -- or to make them feel like they have been missing out on a good eating place all along.
Restaurant.com did their part, I did mine and clearly, the last and most important end fail to deliver theirs.
