The exterior at the original location may be unassuming, but Hamasaku Melrose is the flashy younger sibling. Celebs like Steven Spielberg, Harrison Ford and Jennifer Aniston are regulars at the oldster, and presumably the newer version will attract even more star wattage. With Michael Ovitz as a financial backer, it has quickly become a schmoozing spot, and the food is pretty but perhaps secondary to scene.
