though this sushi restaurant is located right in the heart of Sunset Strip, it is pared down and totally gimmick-free. Actually, that almost is its gimmick. The signs on the doors warn you that rolls, tempura and tempura in rolls will not be found within. This is all traditional, all the time. It's also all omakase (chef's choice), so be prepared to drop a dime or two.
