Experience an edible work of art by Yamato's sushi chefs. Nearly every seat at this restaurant has a front row view of the chef, either at the long sushi bar or at one of several smaller sushi bars tables. At its Valencia location, sushi is loaded on a conveyor belt, so that diners can grab what they want as it passes. The service is usually friendly, if not a bit absent-minded.

I just ate here last week. The food was fabulous (and at a good price). I recommend the fried rice!
