The charming cartoon pig on the sign invites patrons to a porky fête inside. The specialty of the house is sampgyeopsal, uncured "black" pork belly, cooked at the table on domed grills with piles of kimchi, bean sprouts and various aromatics. After you've grilled to your heart's desire, rice is thrown down on the rendered fat and leftover meat and veggies to create a spicy fried rice—a hearty (and free!) way to round out your meal.
