One special dining night deserves another. Hollywood sweetheart Lou on Vine follows up its beloved three-course Monday Suppers with an evening dedicated to—what else?—wine. The alliteratively clever Tasting Tuesdays—"because absent something witty to say, alliteration is [Lou's] best friend"—feature at least several flights consisting of three pours each. A new theme each week unifies the various wines, so expect to learn something about oeneology and viticulture as you pound down each glass. (And you can start with learning the proper definition of those words, you philistine.)
