Howdy's has hilarious offerings like the Cowboy Burrito ("the longest burrito in town"), health-conscious Mexican pizzas (is that an oxymoron?), South Beach Diet-friendly veggie salads, quesadillas, guac and pico-laden soft tacos and good, old fashioned Baja-style black or pinto bean burritos. The price to portion ratio may favor deeper pockets (basic bean burritos ring up at about $6), but homemade horchata and flan are only a couple of bucks. Yee-haw.
