This small chain consistently churns out quality renditions of classic Mexican dishes. Burritos, enchiladas and fajitas are all good options, but diners at La Parilla really should go for one of the restaurant’s more unique, and elaborate, dishes. The molcajetes are particularly well known: these dinners in a stone pot can include three types of seafood or meat, cheese, vegetables, and cactus. The parrilladas, which come to the table still on a mini-grill, are also popular.
