With a hands-on owner and incredible attention to detail, Silk Thai gets so busy during its lunch rush that deliveries can take up to two hours—but it's worth the wait. The chicken and cashews is delicious and the siamese rolls and chow mein are killer. If your heart is set on lunch, try the $7.95 lunch special (11 a.m.-3 p.m.) that includes two Thai rolls, a small salad, rice and a choice from eight entrees.
