Uncle Bill's definitely surpassed my expectations. The wait outside was about 25-30 minutes, but pleasant due to the weather and the entertaining parade of people strolling by. I ordered the Manhattan Omelette (assorted veggies and avocado) with a side of hash browns and muffins! They were pineapple coconut muffins - unusual and delicious - made even better with boysenberry syrup. I also tried the pancakes, which are pretty quality (as they should be, given the name). My iced tea was garnished with random mint and an orange slice, which was unexpected and pleasant. Overall, a great place for weekend breakfast.
