Speaking of traditional, ever had a steamed cake? Steaming makes a rather pudding-like consistency, so it’s an old-fashioned British and New England favorite—you know, back when teeth were luxury goods. Luckily, Rustic Canyon’s version, made with seasonal fruit, tastes much better than the puddings of the 1600s.
