Friday's beef-tasting ended surprisingly early (Craft packed up before we could get a second helping of the amazing fried oyster and sirloin carpaccio). Luckily, Spago pastry goddess Sherry Yard was furnishing the sweets. Equally nostalgic and sophisticated, these Ovaltine mousse tarts hit all the right silky notes.
