Paparazzi factor: Joan's on Third

...but there were no paparazzi around to document the historic occasion. At Joan's, however, a swarm of shutterbugs hovered on the sidewalk hoping to snap the minuscule blonde in the white fedora and striped sweater inside. It looked something like this swarm at Cannes, but without the tuxedos. That blonde? Turned out she wasn't anyone special.
