As homage to the great melting pot that is the USA, featuring the best the rest of the world has to offer (in theory, at least). Shane's first plate isn't shown, but included his childhood favorites: a taco, mac 'n' cheese, stuffing, mashed potatoes with gravy, fried chicken, etc..
