In what must be a food-induced fit of madness, Shane and I independently come to the conclusion that cherry Jell-O will complement grilled beef nicely, rather like mint jelly alongside lamb chops. In reality, the jarring contrast in texture almost convinces us to throw in the towel. Almost.
