We admit it: We have obsessive personalities. You’ve heard us go on about the latest across-the-board delicious restaurant, and once in a while we’ll taste a dish so memorable, so stick-to-your-brain fantastic, it keeps us up at night—until the next time we get to order not one, but two, and stuff our yumholes full. One particular masterpiece, Lot 1’s most delicious pot roast ever, will just have to remain chimerical awhile. (Don’t think we won’t be tracking chef Josef Centeno’s every move.)
