Wine snobs are just as welcome

Fine, you don't need to drink beer. The updated wine program offers four reds and four whites on tap—an unprecedented idea that stores the wine at constant serving temperature (58 and 45 degrees, in case you were asking) in large five-gallon format. Without corks or glass that allows light to bleed in, there's less opportunity for oxidation, thereby preserving the flavor of the vino. It's also an Earth-loving idea: Less glass means less waste or recycling needs.
