Just three doors down
September 10, 2007
The lovely Tiffany blue box on La Cienega Blvd. just got bigger—and has moved a couple doors down. The launch of the patisserie's fancier and French-ier name happened on a temperate Monday night, weeks before its official opening. Metromix LA arrived fashionably late, as usual, to a party that was already in high, noshing gear. We ended up missing some of the primo treats (no chocolate or gelato for us, shucks) and our camera decided to get really temperamental at the most inopportune moments, but we stuck the evening out long enough to witness the fire trucks and a streaking (figure) of chef/owner David Myers. Now, that's hot.
