'To the produce!'

As part of Earth Day, Chef Eric Greenspan will guide participants on a tour of the Hollywood Farmers Market. The class will discover where all the best vendors are located while learning how to pick and choose the best produce, meat and fish. Directly following the tour, participants will head to the Foundry on Melrose for an intimate instruction on how to put together an impressive three course meal. This past weekend, Krista Simmons took a test-drive of the upcoming event with Greenspan and prepared a delightful beet salad.
