Source: Conceptualized by Joshua Snukal, brother to executive chef/owner Daniel, the table was custom-made for the restaurant.
Special-occasion dining: Sure, you can customize a menu, but a big party is the perfect opportunity to grab the diverse cheese menu, tick off a bunch as if you're ordering nigiri and call over the sommelier to coax some excellent wine pairings.
Corkage fee: $25.
Cutting fee for BYO birthday cake: $2.50 per person.
Extras: Located right next door to Harvelle's, the restaurant pipes in the evening's entertainment—at a calmer, more muted volume.
