The great pumpkin snatch

We almost wore our fifth-grade Underoos, too!

Halloween morn 2007 fell upon the world famous Wednesday Santa Monica Farmers' Market and the annual All-You-Can-Carry Pumpkin Patch. We pumped up for the event—quite literally with daily weight training—and arrived early. A difficult harvest may have resulted in smaller pumpkins than usual but that didn't deter the strong, the eager and the costumed from proving how greedy they could get.
