Kosher crackers: They're a gas

Passover puts the kibosh on leavened wheat, rye, barley, oats and spelt—when the Jews left Egypt, the Egyptians were hot on their tails, so there was no time for something as prosaic as watching bread rise. But that doesn’t mean you can’t have your fun and eat your kosher crackers too (despite the matzo-induced gas and the poor bread-free food substitutes).
Here are eight reasons why holiday eating this time of year ain’t so bad after all.
