Demetrios Mavromichalis (owner of the Venice Grind) has recently overhauled the Wood, and he's hoping things will turn around now that he's in the driver's seat. Adding new menu items and some service changes, his fingers are crossed that this polishing will make up for a rocky start. The hood needs a place like the Wood, so hopefully the makeover will succeed.
