Raw anything in a mall sounds scary, but the requisite Japanese food stall doles out respectable nigiri, sashimi and Westernized rolls. Your order even comes out neatly displayed on a refined wooden tray or in an earthenware bowl. You can't rely on plastic, however: Plaza Sushi, like most vendors in the food court, is cash only.
