The verdict’s still out on whether this is the best pizza in Silverlake. It garners the full spectrum of responses from "awesome" to "sucks." At least its eco-conscience is indisputable. All the disposable ware (plates, cups, utensils) is biodegradable; coffee, tea, and as many of the ingredients as possible are locally-sourced and organic; and the restaurant does its own composting.
