A former polo player, Patty Phillips opened up this pizzeria with a unique concept: take and bake pies. Instead of getting lukewarm pizza delivered to your door, you can bake them when you want it piping hot from the oven. Patty's gourmet pizzas come in several flavor combinations: The Top Hat is a carnivore's dream with Italian sausage, Canadian bacon, salami and pepperoni. For vegetarians, there's the Nature's Feast with mushrooms, olives, artichoke hearts and green peppers. Of course, you can also dine in if you're too lazy to bake your own. Also on the menu are hot sandwiches, salads and calzones.
