So Shakey's still got the trappings of an old-school pizzeria: the plastic red booths, a salad bar spread below drab lights, and the pizza, of course. But really, really, it's all about the Mojos (registered trademark, thank you very much). Be warned: the power of these special-recipe-battered, deep-fried potatoes is enough to scare the most steadfast carbophobe straight.
