Slabs of rich walnut have been culled from Greenpeace-approved rain forests, distressed wood planks are recycled from a 200-year-old Temecula farm, and the leather chairs? Well, they're for style. The environmental credo also composes an impressive menu of meticulously-harvested food products—with impressive prices to boot.
