How do you like your Brats? True-blood German brothers can serve them up to you any way you like with 19 varieties of fresh, lean sausages and condiments galore. There’s the basic smoked-pork Polish, the run-of-the-mill (though notable) all-American Hebrew National and the gutsy, full-flavorful Brats such as the Cajun (wild boar andouille) and the alligator-meat Swamp Thing. At Brothers, the Brats are reasonably priced, there’s a range of six zesty sides and the atmosphere is kitschy without being campy. Guten appetit!
