With a self-proclaimed emphasis on the bohemian and opulent, it's no surprise that this new restaurant-bar-lounge behemoth is quite French-influenced, in design and, especially, menu. Cheesy onion soup, caviar, steaks, mussels, and a lot of frites are highlights, as well as tarts and souffles for dessert. The bar is full of classic spirits and expensive wines, and a piano and a "stairway to nowhere" take center stage in this complex of indulgence. Artsy!
