Minotaure Tapas Restaurant and Wine Bar located in the quaint tiny beach town of Playa del Rey, is exquisite. Yes, it is a bit pricey, but oh, so worth it!!! SPLURGE, YOU DESERVE IT. The food is different, you must try everything. The food presentation is exquisite, WOW!!!! Service is like none other, warm, friendly, attention to detail is incredible. It's a wine bar too, so guess what? The wines are spectacular, such a selection. If you are a Martini fan, try a pomegranate, I promise you won't forget it. Last but not least, the desserts; my favorite, the bread pudding, ooooohhhh la la, decadent, the best ever. Decor is beautiful, vibrant in color, yet the ambience is quite soothing and relaxing; there is live music on weekends too. During the week stop by for an elegant Happy Hour where you can sample the scrumptious tapas. I must mention the gracious owners, Frank and Regina, as they deserve all the accolades for creating such a culinary delight.
