What about Piper's Restuarant on Beverly and Western?! They're open 24/7, have free parking, and well...the lighting is dim enough that you're drunken self won't be shocked when you step inside to soak up the toxins before you hit the sack. The food is tasty, and the menu is All-American meets K Town. I'm a fan....
