Essentially a big open box surrounded by huge picture windows, BLD is the latest venture from Neal Frasier, one of L.A.’s star chefs. The restaurant is modern and light-filled, and as the name indicates, offers three square services a day. The ricotta blueberry pancakes and thick-cut Nueske bacon are especially delicious.

BLD is one of my favorite breakfast stops on the weekends. Not only is their coffee great but their blueberry ricotta cheese pancakes are AMAZING!...
