Part of the XLB trifecta in this San Gabriel strip mall, Dragon Mark does up lots of central and northern Chinese dishes for hungry people on a budget. The food isn’t entirely remarkable, but it’s reliable and tastes like home to a lot of people; the décor is also pretty homey. Try dumplings besides the XLB…they might actually be better.
