Designed to be an ecological and community hub, the owners of this fish market, bar and restaurant are committed to composting, recycling and building awareness. For early risers, the adjacent self-service cafe, Juice 'n Jolt, offers organic juice, naturally-grown coffees and vegan breakfast and lunch options starting at 7 a.m. on weekdays and 8 a.m. on weekends.
