A tiny little space has appeared between Third Street Promenade and the beach to class up Santa Monica. Chef Joe Miller, of the famed Joe’s in Venice, has dedicated this 30-chair establishment to tapas and wine. Hot and cold items are available to complement the vast wine selection, which includes a couple dozen Spanish wines by the glass. The tapas will be as seasonal as possible, and home cooks will be able to pick up ingredients to go, as some favorites will be available for retail sale.
