Ed LaDou, former pizza chef of Spago and one of the founders of California Pizza Kitchen, is the chef and owner of Caioti (pronounced "coyote") Pizza Cafe. His eatery not only offers a variety of pies made with the finest and freshest ingredients, it also makes some of the most popular salads in the city, including THE salad that apparently causes pregnant women to go into labor. Expectant mothers are always welcome and are generally there.
