The Auld Dubliner went to great lengths to prove its four-leafed pedigree. The dark-wooden interior of the cozy pub was constructed in Dublin, dismantled, and shipped to Long Beach to be reconstituted. Touring Irish bands on Thursdays through Saturdays, room-temperature Guinness, and a menu featuring bangers and boxties up the Irish ante, while veggie burgers and goat-cheese-stuffed chicken cater to the California crowd. Everyone's eyes are smiling, however, after downing a few of the $6 pints.
