Edelweiss Chocolates
- 444 N. Canon Dr.
- Beverly Hills, CA 90210
- 310-275-0341
This Beverly Hills institution has been turning out chocolates since 1942 and remains a fully operational candy factory to this day. The chocolatiers even roast the nuts daily for their turtles and other chocolate-covered creations. There’s also a sign claiming that the Edelweiss conveyor belt is what inspired Lucille Ball, a dedicated patron, to come up with the famous "I Love Lucy" episode in which Lucy and Ethel work the factory line at a candy company. This confectionery features a wide selection of chocolate-dipped fruit, as well as a large variety of sugar-free chocolates made with diabetics in mind. Stocking up for a generous party? Bags of candies like gummi Coke bottles and Sour Patch Kids are here too.
