Despite its corporate ownership (ahem, Starbucks), Hear Music is a surprisingly cozy place to check out new CDs while you sip your vente half-decaf, low-fat mocha drink. The store has a well-curated selection of rock, jazz, blues, world and hip-hop music, and there are headphones situated throughout where you can listen to an album before purchasing it.
