Fat is the operative word at this contemporary West Hollywood and Koreatown chainlet, which encourages overeating with its wildly inventine Franco-Japanese cuisine. The Firecracker Roll blends spicy tuna and crab with habanero sauce, the Nutty Roll combines spicy tuna, scallops, tobiko, avocado, sprouts and chopped almonds—but that’s tame by Fat Fish standards, where the menu even includes an eel roll that comes out ablaze.
