The Cali-infused fare and oft-anemic drinks are decidedly north-of-the-border at this West Coast chain. But for a midweek recharge, the happy hour (with baskets after baskets of chips, no less) is serviceable enough. Expect a packed house of blue-and-gold when margaritas are poured for $2-plus-change and the three plasmas are devoted to Monday Night Football or the Bruins basketball game.
