A truly underground little spot in the basement of a nondescript building in Downtown's Jewelry District. The food's pretty darn good, even though most of it comes from a steam table, cafeteria-style. There's also a small set menu of Thai classics, mostly noodles. Be aware that it's cash-only and the employees are not about to let you break any of their unwritten rules. But don't worry, they've screamed at everybody. And the pad thai and crispy chicken are worth it.
