great food at Engine 28

I'm somtimes a regular and everyone is entitled to an off day..but the firehouse chili is delicious with tender pieces of steak & the chicken fried steak in the thick country gravy is fabulous...go and enjoy

I had dinner with three other people. The chili, with Angus beef =flavored up tomato soup with tough, chewy pieces of meat in it. No substance or flavor. Fried chicken= not worth finishing. Meatloaf=a lot of filler. Linguine=okay, ate it all.
Now the important part!!! Desserts. Priced a little high, but all tried were very good. Drinks.
Strong!
Recommendation= Go For dessert and drinks.
