Cute 1950's decor fills this tiny space, usually packed to capacity with hungry diners and servers scrambling to keep everyone happy. The food is your usual greasy spoon fare of omelettes, pancakes and waffles for breakfast; burgers, sandwiches and salads for lunch. It's nothing fancy, just the basics done well. And this place is anything but a secret so be ready to wait a bit for a table. Word to the wise: S&W is cash only—a pre-brunch pit-stop at an ATM is a necessity.
